For Mortgages we receive commission of 1% of the mortgage amount paid up front

In the event of the mortgage being redeemed in the first 3 year’s the bank claim back a percentage of the commission paid as follows:

Finance Ireland/ Permanent tsb / ICS Dilosk

• 0-12 months 100%
• 13-24 Months 50%
• 25-36 Months 25%

Bank of Ireland

• 0-12 months 100%
• 13- 18 Months 70%
• 19-24 Months 55%
• 25-30 Months 40%
• 31-36 Months 25%

KBC / Haven and Ulster Bank

• Clawback is pro rata over the first 36 Months.
